What Physical and Spiritual Effects do you experience when you engage in this Process?

How does your body respond to the Physical Processes you are engaging in? Which Processes cause you physical pain? Which ones rejuvenate your body? Which ones physically comfort you? Which ones physically energize your body? Which ones make you feel physically sick?

How does your spirit respond to the Physical and Spiritual Processes you’re engaging in? Which Processes cause you sorrow? Which ones enable you to experience Joy? Which ones comfort you? Which ones energize your soul? Which ones make you feel spiritually sick?
