Level 5 Effect

Are the Effects you experience when you engage in this Process Paradoxical or Survival?

Do you experience sorrow because of the difficulty of your sacrifice and empathy or love because you’re doing it voluntarily to decrease the pain and suffering of someone else?

Or

Do you experience pleasure because of the ease and comfort of your Process and an underlying and pervading sorrow, foreboding, or guilt for breaking rules you know you should be keeping?
