Definition of Level 6 Process

This question is asking you to determine how much time you have every day to keep your commitments, how much time each commitment takes you to complete, and when you're going to complete them.

What time do you wake up?
What time do you go to sleep?
How many hours are you awake?
Create a daily planner: Divide a page in your Notebook into three columns. Label the first column with tomorrow's date. Under that, list the hours you’re awake.

On the same page that you wrote your answers for Level 6 Desire and Cause, do the following:
If you have commitments that are more like Value Statements, write down some actions steps for them that will actually require you to spend a certain amount of time on them regularly.
How frequently have you committed to do each of your commitments? Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Divide your commitments by daily, weekly, and monthly commitments, etc.
Label the third column of your daily planner page Commitments.
List all of your daily action-step commitments in that third column.
How much time does it take you to complete each of your commitments? Write this next to each commitment. If you don’t know, estimate it now and take the next few days to time yourself.
Decide when you are going to complete each commitment and write each commitment into the corresponding time slot you created in the first column.

Leave the second or middle column empty for now but label it Report. We'll work on that in the Result question.

With weekly commitments, create a weekly calendar on a separate page and repeat the above steps with your time slots being Sunday through Saturday instead of hours. If you have monthly commitments, use a monthly calendar.
