Definition of Level 6 Effects

What Effects do you experience when you keep the Commitments you've made?

In the Results question we’ll talk about reporting whether or not you kept the commitments you made.

This question is asking you to track how you felt about keeping the commitments. You can answer this more generally at the end of the day or specifically at the end of each commitment you kept.

If you answer generally, take some time at the end of the day to record in your journal how the day went.
Did you feel overly stressed out about everything you had to do as you tried to keep all of your time constraints? Or did you feel a sense of excitement from the structure and challenge your plan created for you? Or did you feel like you were spending your time on a lot of things that were less important? Were you bored with your day?

If you answer specifically, take some time at the end of each commitment to record your thoughts in the middle column of your daily planner. You can just note if it worked or it didn’t work. The ones that didn’t work so well, you can return to at the end of the day or week and figure out a better way to accomplish them. You can also choose a few words to describe when you felt:

1. Great about it, just right
2. Like it was too much to do in too little time, too stressful
3. Like it was too much time with too little to do, too boring, lagging
